Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: ​Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before a SOMATIC ONLINE GROUP BREATHWORK JOURNEY, unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are not confirmed unless you pay in full prior to the treatment or journey. As a small business, every cancellation has a significant financial and energetic impact. For this reason, refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend an online session please give a minimum of 24 hours notice and arrangements will be made to re-schedule your booking. If you need to reschedule, an alternative date will be given but if you're unable to attend the new date then you forfeit the class altogether. It is also possible to pass your booking on to another person upon agreement. Sometimes last-minute schedule changes, due to unforeseen events, may require that a treatment or journey be rescheduled or cancelled. If a treatment or journey is cancelled by KatieHart.JustBreathe, you will be notified immediately by email and/or WhatsApp and offered a rescheduled date or full refund. We do not accept any liability for out-of-pocket travel expenses that are incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of our events or treatments. Refunds for the cost of the session or journey will be made within 24 hours of cancellation, via the same method as the original payment was received. Bookings of blocks of 4 must all be claimed within 6 months of purchase. LIABILITY: 1. If you are taking part in a breathwork, Reiki or Laughter Yoga you agree to treat the venue, your fellow participants and Katie with kindness and respect, regardless of gender, race or beliefs.​ 2. ​​ These services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. 3. Diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed.​ 4. Under no circumstances should prescribed medical treatment (including medication) be halted without your medical professional's consent 5. Receiving reiki treatment, Laughter yoga, breathwork may result in physical or mental ‘healing reactions’.​ 6. Participation is voluntary and you may choose to end your participation at any time. ​7. You take full responsibility for your own actions and choices with regards to the information and experiences you receive during a session. Under no circumstances will the company accept liability for accidental injury, illness or damage to personal belongings incurred to any person during a session or as a result of the personal choice or action of the client.
