Cancellation Policy
I appreciate your trust in the Soul Journeys. Please note my payment and cancellation policy: To confirm your booking, full payment is required 48 hours in advance. This supports my small business and ensures a quality experience. If you must cancel, kindly provide 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is an option, or you may transfer your booking to a friend. In the unlikely hood I need to reschedule or cancel, I'll inform you promptly and offer a new date or full refund. Please note, you can only refuse a new date 3 times before forfeiting the appointment. Please understand KatieHart.JustBreathe is not liable for travel expenses due to cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
