During this meditation, you will be strengthening the neural pathways in your brain. Improving grey matter responsible for memory and focus. Reducing stress hormones that cause anxiety and a busy mind. Connecting to yourself and your body. Reducing worries about the future as you ground yourself in the here and now. Slowing your breathing to improve overall health and well being. Increasing your creativity and flow for the week.
