Join me on the 15th January for a free 3-day course designed to help you master your anxiety in 2024!!
Monday 15th January has been popularly nicknamed Blue Monday. The origins of this day refer to it having the worst weather. It'll come as no surprise that statistically January is the month where people's mental health is the lowest. Whilst Blue Monday is a myth, Blue January is not.
I've created a 3-day course to help you get ahead of your mental health this year. Over the 3 days, you will gain the confidence to master your anxiety in 2024.
You will learn:
- what is anxiety and why do you have it
- the science behind your nervous system (a key player in your anxiety)
- what is your stress response and how can you master it
- how to hold yourself accountable
- why you're not feeling motivated
- practical tools, tips and techniques to master your anxiety
Each day during the course you will have an opportunity to join me in a live workshop. These recordings will be sent to you to watch on catch-up for 30 days. Each day will cover a new topic to help you with your anxiety and mental health. Â You will be given healthy coping mechanisms to try at home to help ease your anxiety. Finally, you will be given an informative workbook which will be full of useful information about your anxiety.
