Would you believe me if I told you that anxiety is a good thing? If you've found you're way to this page, the answer is probably no. But in all honesty, your anxiety is a good thing; it keeps you alive. However, trauma, overwhelming amounts of stress and a constant need to worry might have led you to always living in an anxious state. Your anxiety could have led you to feel like you can't say no to people. Or that you need to put other people's needs before your own. Maybe it's that you've forgotten how to love yourself. Over the 12-weeks you will find out what it's like to love every part of yourself. Learn how to say goodbye to people pleasing and set healthy boundaries. Create more meaningful relationships with yourself and others. Discover your confidence and bring yourself out of your comfort zone to try new things. Learn how to hold yourself accountable and create long-term, healthy changes in your life. Become more grounded and make rational choices. Feel stronger and more secure in yourself. Healthily learn to express your emotions. Finally, learn how to create time for yourself and others.

About the course

How does it work?

This course offers personalised, weekly one-on-one sessions. At the beginning of the 12 weeks, we'll talk about you and your anxiety. From that discussion, I will design your 12-week programme which is tailored to your specific needs. Things we might look at over the 12 weeks are perfectionism, boundaries and shame plus many other healing topics. Using the programme, we will meet weekly and explore different areas causing you anxiety. We examine how it impacts your life and use alternative therapies to address it. You'll receive recordings, workbooks and handouts to help you along the way.

What healing modalities are used?

In our longer one-to-one sessions together, you will experience different healing modalities. The focus will be predominately on breathwork, reiki and meditation. I will tailor the healing modality specifically to you and what your mind, body and soul need. You can find out more about the healing modalities here.

Mindfulness

During the 12 weeks, you will gain lifetime access to my mindfulness course, Mindful Morning Routine. This course is designed to give you the tools to self-manage your anxiety. You'll learn healthy coping mechanisms that will become lifetime habits. You'll practice meditation, breathwork, gratitude, journalling, and so much more. Online or In-Person

In-person sessions will be held in the Berkshire area. Either at the Practice Rooms in Reading or Wokingham Therapy Clinic. Both healing centres have excellent train links and parking.

Online sessions will be held on Zoom. These can be for anyone anywhere in the world. It means you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You will be sent guidance on how to create a calming and safe space for yourself.

​

Having done in-person and online healing sessions for many years, I personally find that there is no difference.

The Cost

The overall cost of this course is £2,000

Payment plans are available. 
Examples of payment plans would be: 

  • Pay total cost up front

  • pay £666 per month for 3 months

  • pay £333 per month for 6 months + 5% interest fee
