Would you believe me if I told you that anxiety is a good thing? If you've found you're way to this page, the answer is probably no. But in all honesty, your anxiety is a good thing; it keeps you alive. However, trauma, overwhelming amounts of stress and a constant need to worry might have led you to always living in an anxious state.
