Reflect and Renew: Group Virtual Breathwork Journey

This will be the last group breathwork event of the year. With the new moon landing in Sagittarius on November 30th, we are being asked to renew our sense of adventure. Use this breathwork event as a space to welcome new goals, hobbies and aspirations for the new year ahead. Set your intention and let its energy manifest ready for you to take action on January 1st.

It will also be a time to reflect on your year and to hold a loving hand out to everything that has been. There'll be a chance to reflect on whether this year brought up challenges for you to overcome or for you to celebrate the success of all you've achieved.
