Do you ever find yourself feeling something but finding it difficult to express? Perhaps you suppress your emotions so it doesn't make others feel too uncomfortable? You may have been giving too much of yourself to other people and not allowing any time for yourself. You might even be worried that if you express your true feelings, you may be rejected by others.
Expressing ourselves openly and honestly is incredibly difficult. More often than not, when we don't express ourselves, it can lead to anxiety, stress and illness.
